Section I
Privacy Policy
1.1 Data Controller. CopySignalWrite, registered at Calle San Juan 5, 09002 Burgos, Spain, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.
1.2 Data Collection. We collect personal data you voluntarily provide via contact forms, including name, email address, and project details. This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and delivering requested services.
1.3 Legal Basis. Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
1.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Spanish and EU law. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months.
1.5 Data Sharing. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers strictly necessary for service delivery (e.g., email infrastructure), bound by data processing agreements.
1.6 Your Rights. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
1.7 International Transfers. Data is processed within the European Economic Area. Any transfer outside the EEA will comply with GDPR Chapter V, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Section II
Terms of Service
2.1 Scope. These terms govern all services provided by CopySignalWrite, located at Calle San Juan 5, 09002 Burgos, Spain, including copywriting, content strategy, email sequence engineering, and related consulting services.
2.2 Engagement. Services commence upon written confirmation of the project brief and receipt of the agreed deposit. A binding contract is formed at the point of brief confirmation.
2.3 Deliverables. All deliverables are defined in the project brief. CopySignalWrite will deliver copy, strategies, and assets as specified. Additional requests outside the original brief may incur supplementary charges.
2.4 Revisions. Unless otherwise stated, each service includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at €150 per round. Revision requests must be provided in writing.
2.5 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the client receives full intellectual property rights to all delivered copy and assets. CopySignalWrite retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless the client objects in writing.
2.6 Payment Terms. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. A 50% deposit is required before work commences. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate per Spanish commercial code.
2.7 Limitation of Liability. CopySignalWrite's liability is limited to the total value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered copy.
2.8 Termination. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
Section IV
Refund Policy
4.1 Deposit Refunds. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancellation occurs before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full within 14 business days.
4.2 Milestone-Based Refunds. For projects with milestone payments, refunds are evaluated based on the completion status of each milestone. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
4.3 Dissatisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify CopySignalWrite within 7 days of delivery. We will address concerns through the included revision rounds at no additional cost.
4.4 Non-Delivery. If CopySignalWrite fails to deliver agreed-upon work within the specified timeline (excluding delays caused by the client), you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered milestones.
4.5 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4.6 EU Consumer Rights. Where applicable, EU consumer protection laws regarding digital content and services are respected. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under Spanish or EU law.
